greetings,

I am currently learning Muay thai sport (k-1) and since I have been doing my homework I see that Muay Thai chaiya is what I really want. Do you offer camps?

If so, when and how much?

Baan Chang Thai in Bangkok is a school, but i wouldn\'t class it as a camp, especially as there is no accomodation provided, and there isn\'t the same daily routine as you find at most Muay Thai camps.

I\'m in the process of building a new camp in Phuket. Half Muay Chaiya and half ring Muay Thai, which will be run on the standard 6 day week, twice a day training, and we will be providing accomodation.
We\'re finishing details for marketing (including a new website) so please stay tuned! (or check out www.mixedmuaythai.com in the meantime)

\"Discredited About Validity Of Phan Mut\"

In my years of training outside of Thailand, I\'ve met a number of close-minded people who\'ve questioned the validity of \"Phan Mut\" / พันหมัด. These extremely ignorant individuals have refused to listen to anything I had to say to them regarding the hidden applications of this exercise and continue to discredit Muay Chaiya in addition to all of the many other ancient styles of Muay Thai, in general ! \"Ancient\" to them can only be defined as \"outdated\". They don\'t... and are UN-willing to... understand that Muay Thai Boran / มวยไทยโบราณ contains techniques that are far too lethal for modern day Thai Boxing seen in ring competitions ! It\'s really frustrating to deal with, but... from a much more positive perspective... it only means that they don\'t get to learn anything new and useful when it comes to Thai martial arts which is a very good thing.
