If you're in the South West of England, come along on Sunday 11th September for a Muay Thai Chaiya workshop I'm holding at Falmouth Thai Boxing.
"Falmouth Thai Boxing was one of the first' in Cornwall, England . The club teaches mainly Muay Thai Boxing however Kick Boxing, Self Protection, Self Defence and MMA (mixed martial arts) are also taught.
Ian Davies is the clubs senior instructor and has over 25 years experience .
Whatever your age (14 +), Male or Female experienced or novice, you will be given a warm friendly welcome at Falmouth Thai Boxing Club.

Ian's got a lot of good people training at his club from people just wanting to get fit, to people who are wanting to get in the ring and fight. With a nice friendly atmosphere, it's got to be at the top of the list for places to train in South West England.
